Hasbro Family Game Night!

We were lucky enough to recieve the new Monopoly Junior game from Hasbro for our next family game night! I love the packaging, the colours and the ability to start a new fun tradition with our kiddo when he is young! :D Basically it is a win win for everyone in my household. I engage us sans TV and we have something to do indoors when the weather gets bad... because as we all know that reality will soon hit us! Winter will be here, we will be SNOWED into our teeth and no clue what to do, have a bit of cabin fever and then I can remember BAM Monopoly
JR! :D Thanks to Influenster for providing this item complimentary to us for testing and review purposes. Photobucket

Lacking, Lacking I know... I know

I know I have been lacking lately and yet again I apologize. I want to blog more, I want to make this a big part of my life and some where the boy can look back on (the appropriate posts of course ;) I am "missing" a lot of things in my life as of late and sadly some of that is myself. The journey after infertility and then with a 'Sick' child is an interesting, turmoil of an experience filled with great joy, passion, insane amounts of love, anxiety and fear all rolled into one ball my son calls "Momma" I struggle greatly with knowing "we will not have any more kids" I cant let this go I want another baby, I have always wanted 2 and to think "i only get to have 1" is not sitting well Yes yes i get the whole some ppl cant even have one- I once thought that was us as well and medically it seemed to be Now i wonder if all the issues we were sperm affected with LEOPARD Syndrome and those would have resulted in less healthy then the baby we have so nature was doing its thing Still DOES NOT FILL THIS VOID I need suggestions, how do i come to terms with this!?!? Seems talking about it makes it worse, I talk then i dream, then i regress then i get depressed/anxious and revert into myself I dont even know if this blog has any audience anymore if you are reading this please comment so i dont feel so alone Am thinking of writing on these topics- please add any you WANT me to write about or would like to know more about -- PTSD After a NICU Stay-- -- Being a mom to a child with a CHD-- -- Losing interest in your marriage due to PTSD -- Getting over a preemie And not sure what else to go to from here.... Karma Wellness Water

I was lucky enough to connect with Karma Wellness water and sample their variety of flavors.

Print

FIRST off WOW they taste amazing, I LOVE that they are square bottles (easier to store) and love the fact that you personally infuse the water with the vitamins.

The items came beautifully packaged in a box with foam peanuts/ taped up well and went through customs with no issues or additional charges to me.

One box came with a little KARMA Usb drive that had all their product information on it. Since it is a vitamin/supplement water it is nice to have all information at the forefront before indulging and making a purchase.

Karma_Family_Balance_front

They have  Raspberry Guava Jackfruit Body, Pineapple Coconut Vitality, Acai Pomberry Balance, Passonfruit Green Tea Spirit and Orange Mango Mind.

My personal favorite was the Spirit-

Karma_Spirit_plume

It’s taste was amazing, nice sweet taste and I liked the benefits it had for mood and empowerment.  The ingredients are amazing in all the flavors and methodology of infusing the water yourself so the vitamins and minerals delivered are as fresh as can be!

The Karma Cap technology is probably one of the most unique features.  Once you are ready to experience the fresh Karma infused water, you simply remove a sticker from the top of the cap, and push down on a little “button” this is what releases the nutrients into the water, simply shake and enjoy!

It really IS that easy :D

You can find the products in some local stores, but hopefully more readily available in Canada ASAP :D

You can find their website here

Please enjoy some healthy awesome Karma water, tell your friends, family and get some good Karma your way ;)

PTSD after Another NICU Stay

Sorry to everyone that I have been MIA

We spent last week in the hospital with our son

This time with double lung pneumonia- it was not fun

And is always scary seeing your son not be able to breathe!

But we are home and I am back to work

PTSD Sucks and I just want to crawl into bed, under the covers and do nothing and see no one for like a week

terrible? yes, truth YES!
