We didnt need a ring, we wanted one... i knew in my heart as does DH that we are meant to be, are being and are going to continue to be always... however i think it really hit him that other men were not noticing that i was taken .... and i think he wanted to "place something as beautiful as me on me" in his words... im not much for material things, and i know even if it were the cheapest metal that turned my finger green i would still be as happy, but even 4days later i am still in awe at the gorgeous rocks on my hand... i catch myself staring at them about 5-8 times a day lol... i love the shine, but no where near as much as i love my husband!
