it was a 0.3...
and here is the referance chart my obgyn gave me
Follicular stage: 0.6-4.7
Ovulatory 2.4-9.4
Luteal : 5.3-86.0
Post Menopausal 0.3-2.5
So thats really not good...
pretty bummed and upset at the moment
