Maybe because i have never been on clomid, therefore i can not compare the 2, but let me tell you, I HAVE had side effects....
the first and biggest is.... NIGHT SWEATS... its outrageous, i barley sweat normally (which is super nice) lol and i do take them before bed (would hate to start pouring sweat in the middle of winter at work lol) and they are INTENSE...
This morning DH said he felt me at 2am and i was burning up lol but not high temps so its odd and sucks lol :D
the 2nd is headaches, yet very dull as i had read, fairly consistent through out the day... nothing bad,but there
crazy dreams??! not sure if from femara, as again i have had intense dreams for years, could easily be other things, but they have been crazy past 2 nights...
Deep bone pain, i notice that my shoulders/back bones are just achy every time i take the femara...
but if femara = baby im game :D
