Why does a womens body trick her once a cycle into being preg??

I mean honestly I have total crazy heartburn temp dip today twinges and soooooooo tired! I even fell asleep at 7ish and now it's 3 am n I am wide awake :s

Had a great visit with charity and lanie today! What a beauty babes!! Possible flower girl??? Charity is standing for u's as well :)
