We seen it, we walked it , and it is SMALL... REALLY SMALl... so small that i went home walked in our apartment and had a bit of a major anxiety attack thinking how i have to get rid of valued items, they maybe just material (i have to keep telling myself this)

It will save us money in the long run, but it may cost my sanity? this does not add up at all ha

and i kind of hurt hubbies feelings, 100% not on purpose at all :(
I was explaining how i had always felt that when you get married (July 14/12) that we move up and on ward, that we go bigger, have larger combined incomes and life is good, not down size and get rid of things, and "make do" and this hurt him, it made him feel uncapable and insufficent, which was not my goal... he is great, he does well, and he provides. however it was me having a moment of my realities beiing broken, tha ti will not be a house wife right away, that my husbands income can not keep us all going in a sufficent way...

i feel terrible, it makes me sad, and gosh darnit im waiting to ovulate... grrr

Downsizing is hard, but it can be a really great thing. More things doesn't always equal a happier better life. In fact now that we are cleaning out we live a much happier simpler life.
ReplyDeleteThanks Merissa, it is going to be hard, its not that I am scared to get rid of material things, just when we move out of there, we will have nothing...?? lol and i can not justify a rental storage place, then we wouldnt be saving the money HA , it will take time, but im getting better with it :S now to pack pack pack ha
