Anterior placenta help plss

22 wks today still have not felt any kicks or anything that is distinctly baby i do have an anterior placenta- anyone else have one when did you feel kicks ?? Did you ever get worried??? I go see my OB tomorrow for a ultrasound and appointment and im getting nervous my belly is growing so i nkow its all good, but i wanna feel baby move :S
